Fight Alarm

The Idea:

Who doesn’t hate emails? The FightAlarm app was produced by Sportradar to give employees a more pleasant and efficient way to handle work-related communication and daily tasks. Instead of digging through endless email threads, users can rely on a clear and simple interface that keeps everything organized in one place. One of its key features is a daily schedule timeline, allowing employees to quickly see what’s coming up next and manage their day more effectively.

In addition to scheduling, the app also functions as an ordering system for a local restaurant. It is connected directly to a kitchen management system, making the ordering process seamless for both employees and kitchen staff. This integration reduces friction in everyday routines and makes small but frequent tasks much easier to handle.

A challenge:

Most importantly, the app delivers important news and updates instantly, ensuring that employees stay informed without relying on traditional email communication. It also allows them to keep track of their activities, helping them maintain a clear overview of their work and responsibilities throughout the day.

When trying to merge multiple tools that an organization already uses, one of the biggest challenges is the limitation imposed by the APIs each system provides. The task, therefore, was to identify a practical path through all the available data, connect different services in a simple yet meaningful way, and design a smart application that brings these elements together into a coherent and user-friendly experience.
